In order to build anything meant to endure, there must be a true and sound foundation, and then there must be an equally true and sound infrastructure erected upon it. The Line of Authority represents a true and sound infrastructure for which to "Build His Church." It specifically identifies the graces of ministry and giftings dispensed to the church as the conduits through which the Lord will engage whom He chooses to work His works. The Position Description provides a brief overview of each ministry and gift. It is paramount to understand where God has positioned you, so that you can understand how God intends to work through you.
